1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaked product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product delivered is expired

  • The product packaging is tampered

Conditions for return approval:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof such as unboxing video / images is mandatory

  • Products bought under sale, combos, or special discounts are not eligible for return unless damaged

2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received back at our facility, your refund will be processed.

Refund options include:

  • Full refund to original payment method

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Replacement product, depending on customer preference

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products without proof of damage/tampering

  • Incorrect claims made without valid evidence

  • Courier returns due to customer unavailability

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery only if it meets the return criteria mentioned above.

4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the packaging box

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended for faster resolution)

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used skincare or haircare items

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Free gifts or samples

  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless damaged)

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to damage, wrong product, or manufacturing issue, Velvetluxe will bear all shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or error, return shipping costs may apply.
