• Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹299 (or your defined value).

• Orders below this amount may include a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking ID

• A tracking link via email/SMS
  You can check real-time updates anytime.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Velvetluxe is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:

• Incorrect address

• Wrong contact information

• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or stuck in transit, please contact us.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with a replacement or resolution.
