Free shipping on orders above ₹299 (or your defined value).
Orders below this amount may include a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Velvetluxe is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:
Incorrect address
Wrong contact information
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or stuck in transit, please contact us.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with a replacement or resolution.
