At VelvetLuxe Cosmetics Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is missing from the order

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof such as images/videos of the product and packaging must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or opened cosmetic products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us with:

• Product photos/videos
• Packaging images

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on banking/payment gateway timelines

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other approved methods.

5. Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are subject to:

• Product availability
• Verification of damaged or incorrect item claims

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if eligibility conditions are not met.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
• In approved return cases involving damaged or incorrect products, return shipping assistance may be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability
